This exhibition presents a selction of works from the Centre Pompidou´s Nouveaux Médias Collection (20 installations, 11 videos), produced between 1965 and 2003, and two recent works from the Contemporary Art Collection of Fundació "la Caixa" in Barcelona.
Presenting a selection from these collections means rewriting the history of this field of creation, combining the very history of contemporary art with the specific aesthetic parameters of this medium. Continuity and rupture alternate constantly....
