lieber christoph, mir faellt auf dass dir positiv
lediglich
bildschirmbezogenes, meist film, auffaellt.
ausnahme telefonhoerer als auch
techno kommumittel,
aber ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass interessante
arbeiten so ausschliesslich nur auf dieser
definitionsebene von kunst
anzutreffen sein sollen.
da scheint sich eine persoenliche vorliebe zu
artikulieren, die aber mit review nichts zu tun
haette!

Lieber Wilhelm,
du wirst dich auf der Manifesta schwer tun, etwas
Interessantes zu finden, das nicht mit technischen Mitteln arbeitet. Es besteht
sogar die ernsthafte Gefahr, daß du bei der Suche danach die Krise bekommst.
Okay, manche fanden Rehbergers Blumenrabatte noch ganz erträglich, auch Elke
Krystufeks Fotosammlung fiel plötzlich in der Relation zu anderen Ansammlungen
positiv auf. Vorliebe hin oder her, die hier im grünen Bereich gezeigten
Arbeiten waren auch diejenigen, auf die sich der Kunstzirkus relativ schnell
einigen konnte, da die Highlights schlichtweg zu stark und zu wenige
sind.

hallo christoph,
das
meiste deiner kritik geht in ordnung, auch der weitere verweis auf krystufek,
gerade und insbesondere mit Bezug auf die gesamte Auswahl. Aber Geschmackssachen
hin und Medienbegeisterung her, wo bleibt denn da der Kontext? Muss man in
Luxemburg nicht auch beruecksichtigen, wie sehr sich europaeische und da
besonders Wirtschaftsinteressen abbilden? Dazu hat keine einzige arbeit stellung
bezogen - statt dessen ein freundliches tourismusprogramm fuer die stadt. (und
trotzdem vier oder sechs gute arbeiten...) aber so ist das eben, warten wir wie
die berlin biennale wird...
